Temporary Injunction Against Bill and Patsy Hewitt Granted by Circuit Court of Macon County
Rev. Flip Benham • 11/9/2007
NATIONAL CALL NOVEMBER 28th/29th
September 24, 2007, Bill and Patsy Hewitt were slapped with a Temporary Injunction that will be in effect until a future hearing on January 4, 2008. This injunction was filed by the Smith County Board of Education and created a Gospel free (and constitutionally free) bubble zone of 100 feet outside the property of schools in the Smith County School District. This means that the public sidewalks and roads surrounding Smith County Schools are now “off-limits” to the Gospel proclamation of Bill and Patsy.
Saints and leaders, we will be going to Macon County (just outside Nashville, Tenn.) to stand with these two precious and faithful warriors of the Lord. This tyrannical TRO from Judge Wooten must be addressed by the Church of the Lord Jesus.
The Smith County Board of Education has, in actuality, used the Circuit Court of Macon County, to totally fabricate an injunction that is in direct violation of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.
This outrageous disregard for the Constitution of the United States of America and obvious animus toward the God who made our nation great has not fallen on deaf ears.
