The United States Supreme Court this morning upheld the nationwide ban on the horrific partial-birth abortion procedure by a 5-4 vote.
I was present when President Bush signed the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act into law in 2003. Our highest court today ruled on the sacred side of LIFE, when it declared that the law does not violate a woman's constitutional right to an abortion ... and upheld the ban. President Bush's two appointees, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito, joined the majority in courageously and firmly standing on the side of life.
